Tayyib grows with what you put into it.
Tayyib is free, built by a single developer in Germany, and paid for by contributions. Every contribution goes straight into the next thing that gets built.
You choose the amount. Pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, SEPA Direct Debit or Klarna. We never see your card details.
What is being worked on
An iOS app
Tayyib is Android only so far. An iPhone version is the thing people ask for most, and the single biggest item.
More checked products
Every product a person checks by hand costs time. More contributions means more shelves covered.
Servers and database
The running cost of servers, database and images, so a scan stays fast.
More languages and countries
German, English, Arabic, French and Turkish are only the start. Each new country needs data of its own.
Membership
Your tree in the Tayyib wood.
As a member you scan without ads, use Tayyib without a connection and export your history. The app grows a plant of your own for it, and out here in the wood there is a tree for every person who uses Tayyib.
- Scan without a connection
- No ads
- History as a PDF
- You keep Tayyib going
Being straight with you
A contribution here is not a charitable donation, so there is no tax receipt for it. It also unlocks nothing in the app: membership, with offline mode, ad-free scanning and history export, runs through Google Play and is separate from this. Contributing here is for keeping Tayyib being built, and for nothing else.
